Motor Board: A scan of the Motor Board.
The Motor board is fairly simple, its only job is to turn the 3.3v control signals from the Main board into 9V signals to drive the motors.


I am surprised at how much the motor board has changed, I expected it to be almost identical to the RoboSapien V2's, its still 11 h-bridges, but the layout is different, and it has several types of transistors. There are less headers than on the RoboSapien V2's Motor board, and the pin header has moved from the top of the board to the bottom. I believe the design of the h-bridges will be almost identical to the RoboSapien V2's, but I have yet to check them against the schematic (the over abundance of hotglue on the board makes things difficult).
