The controller is interesting, and slightly different from the remotes of the other WowWee bots. It has no shift modes, however, there are nine tricks, but only one trick button. The trick button is press several times (up to nine), the number of times determining the trick to be preformed, the transmit button is then pressed to actually send the instruction to the RoboPet.
