RoboQuadWell, I went out and found a RoboQuad yesterday. I got it home, only to discover that the SD card for my digital camera was in someone else's laptop. After starting at the unopened box for a few hours, it finally got to me. So I dug out my old digital camera and got started.

Despite some problems (flat batteries, corrupt memory cards etc), I soldiered on, and I have added my first impressions of the RoboQuad's internals to the site.

While exploring his innards, I found a header labeled "TRY_ME". I'll be exploring exactly what that does later tonight, and will post details when I am done. I also hope to have the basic circuitry mappings added to the RoboQuad connection tonight. You can see the photo's I took of the RoboQuad's innards here and the details of my explorations here.

Something of interest, was that the RoboQuad came with a small brochure for WowWee's products. None of the previous ones had brocuhures, you can see images of the brochure bellow. Interestingly, the RoboBoa is missing from the line up. This does not bode well for its being generally available.
