Robotic Base
Robotic base with RSV2
Well I have had to do an errata on my power supply, Sorry if this has caused any problems to anyone. The final P/S has 9v for driver board,6v for brain, 3v and 6v for my 35mw green and 200mw red laser's. Also 4.5v and 5v for later add ons. The P/S has now been installed on my robotic base and connected to RSV2 and is working great with no over heating. Next I will be utilizing RSV2's foot and tilt sensors intergrating them into the bumper system on my robotic base.I am also looking at using the two spare geared foot motors in conjunction with the tilt and foot sensors. Watch this space.

Robotic base with RSV2
I now have my LM350T's variable voltage regs and will start building my P/S for conversion from 12v to 9v 6v and 3v to power RSV2 and lasers from my robotic base.

Generic Robotic Base
Hi Guys, I (RobosapienV2 4mem8) thought I would put up some photo's of a weekend project making a robotic base. This project would be a good exercise for members and others in constructing a simple robotic base. The base is constructed of alloy, the wheels from an R/C toy and casters which were lying around, some parts have to be made. Motors and motor drivers will vary depending on what you have or install. This is for the basic frame only. I have included the finished robotic base photo.
